A 1-5% service fee will be charged from the total selling price.
Sellers must ensure they own the account and have the right to sell it. Any fraudulent activity will result in a ban from the platform.
2.2 Buying an Account
Buyers are responsible for checking the account details before making a purchase.
All transactions are final; refunds are only provided in cases of fraud (see Section 5).
Buyers must change login credentials immediately after receiving the account to secure ownership.
3. Payment & Fees
A 1-5% transaction fee is applied to every sale and deducted from the seller's payout.
Payments are processed via ABA Pay, KHQR, Wing, TrueMoney, or other supported payment methods.
Transactions may take 1-3 seconds to complete.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute occurs (e.g., incorrect login credentials, scamming, or hacked accounts), the platform will review the issue and decide the appropriate action.
Buyers must report any issues within 24 hours after receiving the account.
If a seller is found guilty of fraudulent activity, they will be permanently banned, and the buyer may receive a refund or replacement account.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if:
The account was already sold to someone else.
The provided login credentials are invalid and the seller fails to respond within 24 hours.
The account is recalled by the original owner after purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days if approved.
6. Security & Liability
shop.vibolshop.com is not responsible for any issues that occur after an account has been successfully transferred to the buyer.
Buyers and sellers should take necessary precautions to protect their accounts and ensure they follow the platform’s rules.
We are not responsible for any bans, restrictions, or issues caused by game developers.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Selling stolen or hacked accounts.
Using fake details to list or purchase accounts.
Attempting to scam, recall, or retrieve an account after selling.
Using bots or automated services for transactions.
Engaging in chargeback fraud after making a purchase.
Users violating these terms will be permanently banned, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
